Answer: For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 15-20 days. The exact time will be depended on your order quantity and customized level.

3.Q: How's about your after-service?

Answer:Our enginners are online for 24-hours,and ready to serve you

English manual and Video CD for manchine using and maintance. If you still have some 
doubts, we can talk by telephone or skype.
If you come to China,we will offer you free training until you can use machine freely. 
If you really have needs, we also can arrange our engineer go your workshop for training, if you can bear some fees.

6.Q: Do you arrange the shipment for me?

Answer: Normally by FOB or CIF price, and please tell me the nearest sea port to your city, and then I can help you arrange shipment if you need. For EXW price, clients need to arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.

Answer: You can tell us the working piece material, size, and the request of machine function. We can recommend the most suitable machine according to our  professional experience.

8.Q: I can't operate the machine, do you have any training?

Answer: Yes, we have, if you have not used the engraving machine before and we need to provide direct technical training, there is no problem.
We normally provide direct technical training to end customers, such as manual book, operation videos, remote control, factory training or technical dispatch.

9.Q: How many employees does your company have?
